Add a Privacy Policy Checkbox to your WooCommerce Checkout
1. Go to – WooCommerce – Settings – Accounts & Privacy – Add in your information including the [privacy_policy] shortcode. Once done press – Save or Update.
2. Next go to – Appearance – Customize – WooCommerce
3. Click – Checkout
4. Set your privacy and terms pages. Then fill out the message text and again add your shortcode [privacy_policy]
5. Finally run a test sale through to see if your checkbox is now visible.
